Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager

Under the supervision of the VP and Chief of Marketing Operations, the incumbent will have to enable and optimize advertising campaigns, social media and the management of web platform. He will therefore be responsible for generating traffic with campaigns, optimizing the experience on our web platforms to generate sales at our retailler and e-commerce platforms.

A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS POSITION IS:

• Analyze and understand the marketing dynamics to define trends and insights in order to reach target consumers through different touch points (consumer journey);
• Build a strong brand image on our digital platforms to strengthen brand equity in relation to positioning across the organization;
• Generate traffic and conversions (sales) at retailers and e-commerce platforms;
• Ensure flawless go-to-market execution and optimize campaigns in real time (SEO, SEM, A/B testing, programmatic, ROI, etc.) in collaboration with various stakeholders (Ex. Agencies, sales, product management, graphic designer, etc.);
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge to be able to recommend and ensure the use of best marketing practices with agencies, in addition to ensuring the development of the managers under his responsibility.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing management for consumer products, at retailers and in e-commerce. You have a university degree in marketing, communication or related discipline (a master’s degree would be consider an asset). You have in-depth knowledge of campaign optimization to ensure a solid return on investment. You are skilled at transmitting your knowledge and at popularizing information (issues, risks, objectives, etc.). Strong collaborator and team player, you adopt a proactive approach and show initiative. In addition, you appreciate versatility and you have a great sense of organization and planning. Finally, you have excellent communication and leadership skills and we appreciate your analytical mind.
