Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support marketing business units in developing and executing marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
- Lead and mentor the marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing leads, product development and consumer insight teams to develop comprehensive brand positionings and marketing plans that prioritize customer acquisition, retention, and growth, putting the consumer at the forefront.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making necessary adjustments to achieve acquisition targets and brand health goals.
- Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and brand needs with consumer needs to deliver impactful and meaningful messages.
- Ensure consistent brand representation in all internal and external communications, as well as product portfolio, by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Support localization and customization of the brand in different regions, elevating the product value proposition and brand positioning.
- Foster close alignment with regional leaders to create and accelerate brand growth through aligned messaging, strategies and plans.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to ensure company is at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Work closely with the brand content and social experience team to leverage the right channels, to maximize performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimized marketing efforts.
Skills
- Strong marketing and strategy fundamentals, including expertise in go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, consumer research, storytelling, and digital and media planning.
- Proven experience in leading both global in-house marketing and creative teams, as well as managing external agencies.
- Ability to analyze product performance data, and understand features and benefits, to develop compelling brand messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Versatility in shifting between strategic planning and execution, developing implementation plans to ensure high-quality execution without a predefined playbook.
- Proactive management of multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, with a creative mindset to explore innovative scaling opportunities.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adapting quickly to relate and collaborate.
- Extensive expertise in advertising and creative development across all marketing channels and content.
- Demonstrate creativity, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to marketing initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- 15+ years of marketing and brand experience with proven record of brand transformation
- Previous experience in a leadership role with shifting priorities and diverse global teams
- Strong leadership skills that allow ideas and innovation to thrive in a highly collaborative, high-growth environment with proven ability to build and advance high performing teams.
- B2B and B2C experience preferred.
