Global Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Detail
Description
Support the growth of the company by hiring new talent for our international offices
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and assessments
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Managing hiring processes via our Applicant Tracking Systems
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Requirements
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Proven international work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
