Salary of £80,000 – £100,000 + Fantastic Benefits!About the role:We are delighted to present an excellent opportunity for a Global Marketing & Business Development Manager within the Legal Sector, based in London on a hybrid working model. Offering a salary of up to £100,000, the ideal candidate is an experienced client development professional from a legal sector background, with strong skills in managing proposals, pitches, and cross-border BD initiatives. You will be commercially minded, confident working with senior lawyers, and thrive in fast-paced, global environments—especially within sectors like energy or infrastructure.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.
• Drive BD strategy.
• Support client targeting and key account management.
• Align BD efforts across international offices.
• Create and maintain marketing and pitch materials.
• Track BD activity, budgets, and event ROI.
• Support lateral partner integration and BD coaching.

What Experience is Required:

• Business development, ideally in an international law or professional services firm.
• Strong track record managing proposals, pitches, and RFPs.
• Experience supporting cross-border or multi-office BD initiatives.
• Familiarity with the energy, infrastructure, or projects sectors.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Skilled in BD strategy, content development, and client targeting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and pitch tools preferred.
