We’re looking for an experienced data-driven paid digital marketing professional with a deep understanding of the B2B market, Enterprise audience, and paid media channels to lead our Global Digital Marketing team. The Global Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, evolving, and growing UiPath’s paid media programs, ensuring it is based on UiPath’s business and strategic objectives, and overseeing the plan and execution of these programs which includes strategy, tactics, forecasts, budgets, and projections, and performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on, get-it-done, skills who has experience managing the execution of digital marketing programs both with in-house teams and through agencies. You need to be comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment with competing priorities. Successful candidates must possess the ability to see the big picture, understand the needs of our internal stakeholders, recognize geographic nuances, effectively prioritize, and ultimately implement a best-in-class paid media marketing strategy.
