At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutionsYour Future TeamAt ROCKWOOL Group, Digital Sales and Marketing have been unified into a single function comprised of four expert teams following each step of the customer journey, striving to optimize every touchpoint to deliver a superior customer experience and value to the customer.As Senior Business Process Owner, you will lead the creation and maintenance of re-usable, common processes across ROCKWOOL. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Transformation and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders within our Business Transformation Programme, the role is based in Hedehusene, Denmark. There will be travel activity in this role.What you will be doing:

  • Business Process Ownership: Lead the creation and maintenance of process documentation for ROCKWOOL’s sales processes, from high-level process overviews to detailed descriptions. Work to harmonize OPCO operations, build best practices, and promote harmonised commercial solutions to minimize customization.
  • Process Performance Management & Governance: Define and maintain Group-wide process performance metrics and KPIs, and review execution to identify pain points and suggest improvements. Establish frameworks to benchmark local performance, and ensure compliance with company policies through effective governance.
  • Technology Integration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to integrate technological solutions and master data structures into sales processes, ensuring alignment, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Change Management & Training: Develop and deliver training programs to local business units, supporting the successful adoption of new processes and tools. Ensure global process integrity while accommodating necessary local adaptations, and lead change management initiatives to drive effective implementation and user acceptance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Actively engage and manage relationships with OPCO stakeholders, gathering insights and business priorities. Facilitate collaboration across business units to encourage harmonization, and advocate for common applications and compliance with group standards.

What you bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in business process management and sales operations. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) are a plus.
  • Industry & Sales Experience: Must have B2B sales experience, preferably within the construction industry or building materials, and familiarity with sales, marketing and customer service processes.
  • Process Documentation & Management: Experience documenting business processes using BPMN, with a strong understanding of process design, optimization, and management.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, and exceptional communication skills to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership abilities with a proactive approach, and effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Technology & Adaptability: Proficient in process management tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and strong organizational skills.
