As the Sr./Director, Integrated Field & Channel Marketing (Americas Enterprise) at Gigamon, you will play a key role in driving marketing and growth for Gigamon’s largest business segment. The role involves designing, implementing, and executing field, account-based, and channel marketing campaigns, programs, and events with the goal of generating qualified pipeline and accelerating the progression of opportunities into the sales pipeline and to bookings. The candidate will also be responsible for owning, monitoring performance, and reporting on marketing-driven results. The role reports to the VP, Global Growth Marketing and Demand Generation in the Gigamon Marketing organization.

What You Will Do: 

  • Own and drive the Integrated Field & Channel Marketing strategy, plans, and omni-channel execution to deliver pipeline growth, bookings, and ROI across the AMER Enterprise region and sub-regions.
  • Tightly partner with the AMER Enterprise sales and channel leadership, go-to-market stakeholders, and their teams on developing an integrated strategy, targeting, marketing mix, and an account-based approach for field and with/through channel initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Integrated Field & Channel Marketing Managers for the AMER Enterprise sub-regions.
  • Leverage full-funnel marketing reporting tools to track and communicate performance of marketing programs, campaigns, and activities in a timely manner to Sales, Channel, and Marketing stakeholders against agreed targets and performance metrics.
  • Grow the field and channel marketing motion by being hands-on with execution while mentoring and coaching the team to optimize and maximize efficiency while driving results.
  • Lead execution of integrated, data-driven field and with/through channel marketing programs and drive those in partnership with other marketing teams to reach target accounts, audiences, and decision makers.
  • Build and maintain regional relationships with eco-system partners and external agencies, vendors, and industry organizations to drive joint account engagement and generate pipeline.
  • Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of integrated field & channel marketing programs and campaigns and adjust omni-channel, marketing mix, and investment as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Closely work and align with the International Marketing teams to ensure consistency where needed and best practices sharing.
  • Drive innovation and adaptability, taking risks and a sense of business urgency to marketing’s activities and plans.
  • Plan, manage, and track OPEX and channel partner MDF (Market Development Funds) budgets to ensure that they are used effectively to generate demand.
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.

What you’ve done:

  • 10+ years of integrated field & channel marketing knowledge and experience in the B2B Enterprise IT segment.
  • 5+ years of management experience in directly managing, coaching, and growing a team of local and remote field & channel marketing professionals, including regional field marketing managers and coordinators.
  • Bachelor’s degree (with emphasis in marketing preferred) or the equivalent.
  • Experience in IT Networking, Cyber Security, or Cloud industries is highly desired.
  • Track record of building and driving successful integrated marketing strategies, omni-channel plans, and results while tightly partnering and aligning with sales, channel, and marketing leadership.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in advanced B2B marketing tech stack platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, PowerBI, 6Sense, Folloze, etc.
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, omni-channel integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions while also taking educated, calculated risks that push the envelope of field and channel marketing’s abilities.
  • Clear evidence of someone that brings natural curiosity, innovation, and creativity to the role.
  • Strong project and budget management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base salary compensation range being targeted for this role based out of Gigamon’s Santa Clara, CA Headquarters office is $171,000 – $222,000 with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to terms and conditions of the plan). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. 

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include health insurance, health savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) plan with company matching contributions, paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick), tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), business travel accident insurance, employee discounts, and employee referral program. Additionally, employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Profit Interest Units plan.
