- * The management of a lovely bunch of Mama team members
- * The collaboration with our fantastic Head Chef to get our F&B offering to the best standards
- * Running the operations for breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, dinner and bar = (restaurants, terrace, meetings rooms,.. just that!)
- * The training and mentoring of teams regarding food, drinks and service standards ⭐
- * The usual admin, Mama likes a balanced and fair rota for all ensuring guests are looked after at all times
- * Take ownership of the overall F&B operations and make the magic happen!
