Field Sales Manager

Role: Field Sales Manager

Location: Northwest England (hybrid working)

Salary: £65k + £100k OTE

Car Allowance: £600 per month

Benefits: 28 days holiday + stats, 3% salary pay back, pension, life & health insurance + more

We are looking to hire an experienced Field Sales Manager for a major telco/IT network.

Sales management pedigree is key, and all industry backgrounds will be considered with particular attention paid to people who have experience within telecoms, IT, or a solution orientated platform.

Field Sales Manager Role

• To drive and lead a team of talented sales professionals in Northwest England.
• Coaching, training, and development of a small team of professional salespeople.
• Lead by example to take world class products to SME businesses in the area.
• Building quality pipeline through customer led activity.
• Building and motivating the sales team.
• Forecasting and achieving reasonable targets

Field Sales Manager Candidate

• Ambitious and tenacious in your approach
• Desire to progress your career in a fantastic business
• Experience in leading a field sales team
• Ideally from a telecoms or IT background
• Impressive communicator with the ability to present solution-based products
• You will be a key influencer with internal and external stakeholders

The Reward

Great salary of £65k with uncapped OTE (usual earnings £100k +)
