In this role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives at a regional level to support the over marketing goals and objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of regional marketing dynamics, ABM and partner marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through field and partner marketing programs and working with cross functional teams.Job Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment targeting enterprise level accounts
• Strong background in partner and field marketing, with a track record of planning and executing successful marketing programs
• Proven record of building strong relationships with internal teams and partners
• Experience with SalesForce (SFDC)and Hubspot or similar platforms for campaign execution and reporting
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Excellent project management skills
• Collaborative and team-oriended mindset

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and campaigns to support lead generation and accelerate pipeline growth
• Build and execute highly focused ABM programs targeting multiple personas within key regional accounts
• Lead partner marketing for the region. Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, developing and executing joint lead generation campaigns as well as to-partner communications and brand awareness
• Collaborate with events team on the regional event strategy
• Work closely to ensure alignment with marketing, SDR and sales teams on campaign execution and lead follow up
• Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights
• Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI to ensure investments contribute to business goals
