Roofr is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal team members as well as external partners to plan and manage a wide range of monthly marketing activities. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Events, you’ll own tactical campaigns such as sponsored and partner  events like trade shows, roadshows, community events, webinars, partner co-marketing campaigns, and more. 

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Own end-to-end project management of regional field marketing events, conference sponsorships, brand experiences, virtual events, speaking engagements, webinars, video productions, email campaigns, and various industry and partner sponsorships
  • Work closely with Roofr’s Partnerships team to manage strategic relationships, support new partner acquisition activities, and create monthly co-marketing programs with respective industry partners
  • Build campaign plans which includes project briefs, logistics, staff management, booth production, budget tracking, KPI tracking, content production, pre-event briefs, and post-mortem
  • Project manage printed/digital partner asset development including landing pages, collateral, swag, signage, and more
  • Develop partner communications programs such as monthly newsletters
  • Track and manage contracts, vendors, campaign calendar, budgets, inventory, and performance reporting
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and cost saving

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • 4+ years of experience in a field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing role
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup SaaS environment; preferably SMB or construction-tech related
  • You’re highly organized and detail oriented
  • You have superior written and interpersonal communication skills
  • You enjoy traveling and working on the go
  • You’re self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and problem solve quickly
  • You have tactical experience running hosted field events, sponsored events, and webinars
  • You’re comfortable with email marketing and event software such as Hubspot, Bizzabo, or similar
