Job Description:
The Field Marketing Coordinator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities in the events and experiential marketing arena. Solid communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are key to this position. Attention to detail, and strong organization abilities, as well as a proficiency in time management and multi-tasking are a must. A positive and confident spokesperson who understands and is knowledgeable about event objectives and strategies. This individual will attend experiential marketing events including promotions and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and engagement. The Field Marketing Coordinator will also research and identify areas of opportunity to promote our brands at the region and/or store level. As a Field employee, you will travel during the summer and fall months based on business needs. This is a remote position, with a weekly trip to our Waltham office for team meetings. This individual enjoys interacting with guests, showcasing our brands in an optimistic and enthusiastic manner to drive traffic to Alltown Fresh and all brand locations including Alltown, Honey Farms, Jiffy Mart, Millers, Mr. Mikes, TBird, Wheels and Xtramart stores.

- Ability to work independently but also collaborate, initiate interactions and execute daily tasks completely and efficiently.
“Gauges” of Responsibility
- Work with Director of Field Marketing to oversee logistics for events, sponsorships and charitable programs and provide administrative and scheduling support.
- Research local marketing/community events and partnership opportunities.
- Create post event recap reports to evaluate and analyze data to measure ROI.
- Partner with the email marketing team to create and execute messaging around community events and partnerships.
- Support Director of Field Marketing to foster relationships and partnerships with local contacts in the community to develop in-store and local events.
- Order and survey promotional swag inventory for in-store, marketing events.
- Maintain the event marketing calendars and manage weekly team schedule.
- Work with Director of Field Marketing to manage event marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with team members on signage, printing, promotional items, shipping and scheduling for relevant field marketing initiatives.
- Attend all assigned marketing/community events.
- Help with event setup and breakdown.
- Attend relevant event trainings such as Brand Overview, Guest Service and Alltown Fresh Bean-to- Cup Coffee.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of experience in marketing customer service, or event planning is preferred.
- High-level of enthusiasm with a high comfort level of engaging with guests and crowds
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and self-starter
- Organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against a clear plan
- Self-motivated and able to function well in an ambiguous environment, excellent on-the-spot decision-making skills
- Domestic travel to support events in the Northeast
- Software Familiarity: Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Teams, Monday.com, Canva
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality is preferred.
