The Hours:
Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4 pm
Friday 8.30 am – 4 pm
The Salary:
£20,000 to £28,000 DOE
The Job Role:
We have an Export Sales Administration opportunity available for an experienced Administrator. Our client is a leading manufacturer located in Sheffield, S9. There is ample parking on site with excellent links from Sheffield and Rotherham and the M1.
Working as part of the sales administration team, the successful candidate is well suited to an experienced administrator who ideally has worked within sales administration or export. Experience isn’t essential as our client is willing to offer training and support to the right candidate.
This will be a very varied administrative role working collaboratively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure that customers are provided with a first-class service and that their goods are dispatched on time.
We are looking to speak to a proactive, organised and adaptable Administrator who will ideally have experience of the following;
- Managing incoming customer enquiries
- Costing quotations using internal CRM system
- Following up quotations
- Corresponding with suppliers
- Providing customers with regular updates via email
- Outbound telephone calls to customers
- Managing couriers
- General office administrative duties
- Opening and distributing post
- Preparing Export paper work
- Using the full suite of MS Office and SAP
We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience;
- Administration experience – ideally 2 years +
- Export experience would be advantageous
- Sales Administration experience would be advantageous
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- Experience using the full suite of MS Office
- Confident liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Additional language skills – not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, proactive and flexible
