The NTU Innovation & Entrepreneurship (I&E) Office is established to consolidate, synergise, and coordinate all I&E related engagement, collaborations and communications across all Colleges, Schools and Innovation Drivers in NTU. The Office drives a cohesive and collaborative relationship across various innovation drivers within the NTU community. Through innovation drivers such as NTU Entrepreneurship Academy and NTUitive, we help aspiring entrepreneurs grow their capabilities through holistic entrepreneurship education, experiential learning and enterprising pathways to realise their ambitions. We invite suitable candidates to join as Executive/Senior Executive to work closely with the Assistant Director (Marcomms) to spearhead marketing communications efforts to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship that aligns with organisation’s objectives. Responsibilities:
To support end-to-end management and execution of marketing communications projects such as campaigns, publicity materials, website, video, emailers, e-newsletters and activation events
Assist in the planning and management of social media calendar including design, data gathering, content creation, copywriting/editing, photography, videography and community management
Prepare campaign reports and monitor performance of I&E’s social media and website
To assist as brand custodian and ensure cohesive and impactful messaging that aligns with our organisational goals, working closely with cross-functional teams within the University
Assist in administrative, procurement, vendor management, outreach event support as assigned
Any other ad-hoc initiatives and projects undertaken by the Office
Requirements:
At least a diploma holder preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, social media or related field. Entry level graduates are welcome to apply
An eye for detail and design, able to think strategically and analyse data to propose recommendations for improvement
Strong in both written and oral communications
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and work independently with little supervision
Self-motivated, resourceful, able to contribute innovative ideas and adapt to new changes
Working knowledge of social media platforms, google analytics and proficiency in design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro is a bonus)
Functional knowledge of website content management system and MS office applications
