The role will also be responsible for leading the PMO and ensuring the successful execution of projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves setting up and maintaining PMO standards, overseeing project governance, providing guidance to project managers, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different departments. The Head of PMO also plays a key role in resource planning, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement within the PMO. Responsibilities:
