Join us to lead high-quality, member-focused content that elevates our brand and drives engagement.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Executive Content Producer, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end content production lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring alignment with CA ANZ’s strategic goals. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives across digital, print, video and social platforms, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, data-driven content that reflects our brand values and supports our members.Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate content production from concept to delivery across multiple channels
• Build and interpret briefs to produce original content aligned with strategic goals
• Produce compelling content relevant to our members for a variety of touchpoints
• Maintain editorial excellence and consistency in tone and messaging
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise content workflows and calendars
• Champion innovation in storytelling formats and content strategy
• Integrate digital tools, data and insights to enhance content performance

ABOUT YOU

• 5–7 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting or video production
• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills across formats
• Proven ability to manage content lifecycles and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and leadership capability
• Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field
• A portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and strategic impact
