THE OPPORTUNITY

  • The co-ordination of race day, and non-race day functions and events held at Royal Randwick, Rosehill Gardens, Canterbury Park and Warwick Farm.
  • Working with clients to ascertain precise event briefs, budgets, coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure a quality product is consistently delivered
  • Working with internal departments to ascertain precise event briefs, budgets, to coordinate internal ATC events
  • In conjunction with the Sales team and the ATC policies and pricing structures produce detailed proposals for repeat events
  • Responsible for generating and the distribution of event orders and invoicing for race day and non-race day event clients through Ungerboeck

THE RIGHT FITTo be successful in the role, the right fit will have the following experience and capability:

  • Experience in coordinating events, in particular Exhibitions; special events, with a reputation for quality customer service
  • Interpretation and application of legislation relevant to food and beverage services such as HACCP, RSA. And OH&S
  • Effective supervisory skills
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Sound conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
