The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events from start to finish. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering seamless and impactful experiences.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of event planning and executionWork with clients to determine event objectives, timelines, and budgetsSource and manage vendors, venues, and event staffCreate detailed event timelines, floor plans, and logistical plansOversee on-site setup, execution, and teardownEnsure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulationsEvaluate event success and provide post-event reportsCollaborate with internal departments to align event goals with company strategyQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in event coordination or project managementExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and event management softwareAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsCalm under pressure and solution-oriented in dynamic environmentsAdditional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($57,000 – $63,000 per year)Opportunities for professional growth and advancementPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planCollaborative and creative work environment
