Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage cold leads
  • Participate in training and continuous learning to improve your skills and performance

Requirements to Succeed at ProPivotal:

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities and learn new skills
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools (CRM, email tools, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Able to commute to our Boston office (near South Station) in under 30 minutes
