In this role, you’ll lead the implementation and commercialisation of cutting-edge underground mining technologies, including BlastIQ™ Underground, across the AusPac region.This is your chance to work at the forefront of mining tech, collaborating with internal teams and customers to deliver real-world impact.You will be required to work in either our Perth or Brisbane Office.To be considered you must have full working rights in Australia.What you will be doing

• Leading the rollout of scalable underground Blast Design & Engineering (BD&E) solutions.
• Driving customer adoption through demos, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape strategy and product development.
• Managing early adopter programs and provide critical feedback to enhance technology.
• Representing the company at industry events and support regional marketing initiatives.
• Providing technical support, training, and mentoring to customers and internal teams.

What you will bring

• A strong background in underground mining, especially drill and blast operations.
• Proven experience in project management and customer relationship management.
• High technical competency with modern software, hardware, and data systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel to remote sites (25-50% travel expected).
• A collaborative, customer-first mindset with a passion for innovation.
