Here’s How We Do Things Differently:

Faris Team Real Estate is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative at our Barrie, ON location. The successful candidate will play a key role in our rapidly expanding team and has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them into our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and key sales metrics to ensure sales targets are met
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
  • Ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information is entered and maintained within the company CRM
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Real estate license is NOT required
  • A minimum of at least 2 year of sales experience
  • Must be proficient in sales-related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
