Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Email Marketing Lead to join our team in Holland.

As a Email Marketing Lead you will:

Develop and execute global marketing automation strategy and drive growth through a digital infrastructure across our global brands and sectors. As a HubSpot Champion you will leverage opportunities that unify sales, marketing and customer experience, and track the flow of marketing data through all systems to ensure data is synching as designed. You will globally own, implement, monitor and scale automated programs and campaigns across, including, but not limited to lead generation, customer and partner communications, newsletters.

Some responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Drives full lifecycle engagement by architecting complex, automated user journeys (e.g. behavioral/triggered emails, SMS, win-backs, etc.) to deliver audience-driven campaigns.
  • Leads strategy, management, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including, newsletters, ecommerce promotions and B2B customer messaging. Leads nurturing and customer retention campaigns to drive customer engagement across sectors.
  • Partners with marketing and brand teams to create appealing messages that are consistent across mediums.
  • Identifies and defines key performance indicators needed to optimize channel effectiveness.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for B2B/B2C best practices across customer driven marketing channels and regularly presents trends and program recommendations across the organization buy communicating out best practices and metrics.
  • Implements, measures, reports on and optimizes the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve campaign effectiveness.

Do you have these required qualifications?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism, or equivalent.
  • Five-years of experience in CRM, email Marketing, Social Media or web content production and community management.
  • 2 years of HubSpot experience.
  • Prior global marketing experience required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines.

Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:

  • Passion for marketing automation and emerging technology.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce written content for social media and digital platforms.
  • Must be able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and have excellent personal organizational skills, along with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated abilities in managing projects and working collaboratively with teams to take ideas from concept to implementation.
  • Must be highly motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions using good judgment and decision-making, and effectively prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to travel overnight away from corporate offices, including internationally, up to 15% of time.
