As the Education Director for the Professional Products Division, you’ll lead the charge in shaping the future of hairdressing education across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. Reporting directly to the General Manager of the division, you’ll manage a team of 4 multibrand experts, fostering collaboration and innovation in a dynamic, international environment.Here’s what you’ll conquer:

  • Multibrand Omnichannel Education Strategy: Define and implement a cutting-edge education roadmap, blending online and offline learning to meet the evolving needs of stylists. Champion digital transformation and upskilling initiatives, including LSA implementation. Develop, implement, and report impactful strategies to maximize stylist engagement, amplify our educational reach, and drive business growth.
  • Multi-Brand Expertise: Spearhead the creation and execution of multi-brand education content, ensuring alignment with brand DNA. Optimize academy and resource allocation while acting as a spokesperson for the hairdressing profession.
  • Maximizing Digital Education: Drive the growth of our digital education platform, develop and execute compelling editorial content strategies, and implement data tracking and analysis strategies from all of our platforms and tools to personalize stylist solutions and generate valuable business insights that fuel sales growth with ROI approach.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead the group of multi brand experts for business education, education excellence and retail training. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of Education Managers across all brands, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

We Are Looking For

  • A customer-centric leader with an understanding of the hairdressing industry (experience in the hairdressing industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • At least a bachelor’s degree and fluency in English (Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian are optional but desirable).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a combination of education, sales, and marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
