• Expand presence on new platforms and attract new customers in line with business strategic goals, manage and optimize listings across key platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, and Kibsons.
• Create and implement platform-specific marketing calendars and development plans on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment and stock availability.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve digital experiences and address concerns promptly.
