Responsibilities – Director of Sales and Brand Growth:Catering & Sales Leadership:

  • Oversee catering transactions and ensure top-tier service
  • Answer phones and take new catering orders professionally
  • Coordinate fulfillment of catering orders with kitchen leadership
  • Prepare, stage, and deliver catering orders when needed
  • Keep accurate records using the catering spreadsheet tracker
  • Monitor and manage inventory of catering supplies
  • Follow up with select clients for feedback and relationship building

Brand & Community Engagement:

  • Assist with in-store promotions and off-site events
  • Represent the brand at local functions and community activities
  • Escort Cow Mascot during in-store and public appearances
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, schools, and partners
  • Lead advertising efforts and execute local marketing campaigns

Strategic Growth:

  • Grow catering and third-party delivery sales
  • Increase in-store transaction count and check averages
  • Drive engagement through the Chick-fil-A One app
  • Help create a culture of care and represent Chick-fil-A with excellence at all times

Requirements/Qualifications – Director of Sales and Brand Growth:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members
  • Must be able to lift and carry catering orders as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Availability to work full-time and occasionally attend off-site events
  • Chick‒fil‒A experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
