Director of Global Marketing – Contractor for 9 months

Overview 

Duetto is seeking a seasoned Director of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts during a maternity cover contract. As the Director of Global Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support our global sales efforts. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

This is a fixed term position covering maternity leave and will run from Monday 8th January – Friday, October 4, 2024. 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Execute against a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with Duetto’s business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the annual marketing plan, including budget allocation and KPIs, to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage marketing team execution, working with colleagues in events, digital marketing, content, and creative, to ensure all of the elements necessary to execute marketing programs are in place.
  • Manage the standard reporting processes, working with sales operations and digital marketing to distribute insights on marketing results to key stakeholders.
  • Quarterly reporting and insights to the executive team on performance.
  • Sales enablement of all marketing activities, including engagement with the SLT and briefing of global sales teams on core messages.
  • Establish standard checklists and processes for repeatable sales and marketing activities, such as webinars, customer events, and ABM campaigns.
  • Manage core marketing activities in the Americas (to include North America, Casino and LATAM).

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance Duetto’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Oversee the Creative Manager function and manage external creative and brand agencies for engaging and on-brand assets.

Demand Generation

  • Manage the Senior Manager Demand Generation to execute against sales targets and design campaigns with high-return that drive MQL performance.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, webinars, and events.

Product Marketing

  • Work closely with the product team to create marketing materials and messaging for new product launches.
  • Develop competitive positioning and messaging to differentiate Duetto’s products in the market.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them grow in their roles.

About You

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in global marketing roles, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: You thrive in an environment without a set playbook and are excited to build a scalable, high-impact marketing program
