Reporting directly to the Principal and serving as a member of the College Executive, this position plays a critical role in shaping and enhancing the College’s public profile, community relationships, and strategic engagement efforts.The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for developing and leading a whole-of-College strategy for community engagement that reflects Wesley’s values and strategic direction. The role provides leadership and coordination across key portfolios including Admissions, Marketing, Alumni (OWCA), and the Wesley College Foundation.This role requires an outstanding communicator and relationship-builder who thrives on connecting people with purpose. It also requires a strong presence at College events, an ability to lead high-performing teams, and a track record of delivering strategic outcomes across diverse areas such as enrolments, communications, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement.Applications close: Wednesday 13th August 2025Wesley College is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection.
