Sentara Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Director, Customer Development, Marketing and Communications for Sentara Health Plans
this position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and management of Sentara Health Plans Marketing and Communications strategies. This position leads a team of professionals responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining customers and managing the health plan brand. The position ensures the marketing and communications strategies align with the Sentara Healthcare and Sentara Health Plans strategic plans, vision, mission and goals, and partners with senior and product leadership on strategic initiatives. This individual must be consumer and research-driven, skilled in customer segmentation, marketing automation, and advanced customer analytics.
The Director of Customer Development, Marketing and Communications also ensures the team is current in the use of marketing and communications best practices and technology, including CRM and other lead generation digital and social tools and platforms. In addition, the position oversees the development of strategic business proposals, traditional and digital sales, broker and member marketing materials, and ensures an optimal marketing and communications experience. Must have strong knowledge of compliance regulations as they relate to marketing and communications.

Job Summary

Qualifications:
BLD – Bachelor’s Level Degree (Required)
