We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our Labour Relations department. In this position, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our Labour Relations strategy, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, employment and labour laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key responsibilities and main tasks:

About the departmentLabour Relations is responsible for the labour relations strategy and handles the overall principles for our employment and labour law compliance at Novo Nordisk. We support managers and engage with our stakeholders. The department is led by a manager with 11 direct reports and reports to Anette In Sook Holmen, VP Head of People Relations.Working at Novo Nordisk
