The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the BU digital marketing strategy and oversees maximizing the performance of the BU digital marketing activities (Paid, Web, Marketing Automation, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all BU marketing digital activities.
• Work closely with product and vertical marketing managers to maximize their digital marketing performance by identifying and implementing best practices, identifying new digital marketing opportunities and tools and upskilling the wider marketing team.
• Manage the BU digital marketing activities with the professional digital service providers (internal agency model). Define objective and strategy – monitor and optimize the execution.
• Design prospects and customer journeys and optimizing leads generation.
• Identify & implement trends, new opportunities, applications & best practices to leverage paid media, web, SEO, social media, marketing automation to drive acquisition growth, engagement, and conversions.
• leverage automation tools and data insights to plan lead nurturing activities and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Build strong global relationships and serve as the professional authority for the BU marketing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience: social, paid, SEO and automation tools.
• Demonstrated strategic marketing leadership experience working in global technological companies (B2B).
• Strong analytics skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
• Track record of successfully building and implementing sustainable global digital marketing programs
• Prior experience dealing with ambiguity and change in a rapidly growing environment.
• Demonstrated desire to achieve results, with an emphasis on quality and timely output.
• A leader’s DNA with a “can do” approach, agile and responsive. Fill native in collaborative matrix organizations
• Fluent English speaker
