Our Flight Centre Brand Marketing team are on the hunt for a Digital & Direct Marketing Executive to join their dynamic, fast-paced and successful team. In this role, you will report to the Flight Centre Marketing Manager, developing your skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team on Digital Marketing delivery. 

About the role. Mō te Tūranga

• Own the implementation of acquisition/retention competitions across digital channels including website touch points and paid media delivery.
• Developing and building acquisition, retention, and reengagement activity to increase database customers and liaising with wider Marketing team to extend channel exposure.
• Designing and delivering compelling emails that target multiple stages of the Customer Lifecycle and Travel Purchase Journey.
• Collaborating with the wider Flight Centre Marketing team to share insights and creating opportunities for automated cross-channel communications.
• Conducting marketing reporting and auditing duties

About you. mo koe

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders, on all levels
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is desirable.
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in proactively planning marketing activity & is results driven
• The ability to work in a collaborative environment, working closely with the wider Marketing and Supply New Zealand teams, as well as global Automation team.
