Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Our Sales and Marketing Generalist – Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As a member of the marketing team, you’ll help us create the digital marketing channel strategy, governance of our Martech stack and Economic Buyer CX. You’re thoughtful and collaborative with a bias towards action and you care deeply about doing what’s best for our customers.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success leading efforts in a digital marketing role:
- Demonstrating experience in deriving, synthesizing and elevating marketing results, market research or marketing datas for various stakeholders;
- Demonstrating advanced, data-driven audience segmentation/strategy and related insights experience;
- Demonstrating experience using marketing and sales data in evaluating, optimizing and elevating campaign performance;
- Demonstrating experience in SQL, multi-touch attribution models, reporting and related technologies;
- Demonstrating hands-on development of dashboards/visualization through with BI and related tools (Tableau/Tableau CRM, Power BI, Domo);
- Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies;
- Demonstrating hands-on experience developing and managing digital marketing strategies and data-driven marketing campaigns;
- Demonstrating intimate abilities to elevate insight and offer tangible action to influence campaign performance;
- Demonstrating intimate abilities to think strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges;
- Possessing project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget;
- Demonstrating highly effective presentation and communication skills;
- Demonstrating a career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and skills;
- Leading, managing and coaching high-performing resources; and,
- Demonstrating being an action-oriented self starter with attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
