Job description: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the development of the strategy and execution of digital channels that amplify our brand, grow our audience, and generate meaningful engagement across both B2C and B2B audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-performing campaigns, optimising digital content, and growing our online community.MMS is an ASX-listed financial services company that provides salary packaging, novated leasing, NDIS plan management and fleet management services. Plan Partners is one of Australia’s most trusted Plan Managers and also offers Support Coordination.It’s an exciting and transformational time at MMS and digital is at the heart of how we connect, grow and deliver exceptional experiences across a range of audiences.We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s hands on, analytical and passionate about purposeful, customer-first campaigns. You’ll report to Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work across a variety of digital channels to amplify our brand, engage B2C and B2B audiences, and generate measurable impact.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the detail of campaign execution but also sees the big picture in customer engagement, accessibility and digital performance.Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-performing, customer-centric digital marketing campaigns that align with strategic goals and drive measurable results
- Digital Campaign Management – Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across search, social, display and email
- Optimise website content and performance, ensuring a seamless experience and improved SEO visibility
- Build email marketing workflows and automation journeys
- Analytics and Reporting – Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, sharing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate on digital content publishing across blogs, landing pages and downloadable resources
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on connection and trust
- Run A/B tests and optimise conversion rates to improve user journeys and engagement
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in healthcare, disability or purpose-driven sectors
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO and email marketing tools
- A working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager
- A balance of creativity and analytics, with strong attention to detail
- An adaptable, proactive mindset and a team-first attitude
- A passion for inclusive digital experiences and making a positive impact
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a bonus
