Digital Marketing Officer

AYANA Hospitality, a leading company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms and digital channels.
• Track, analyze and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that are tailored to various customer segments.
• Be responsible for creating and updating website content and managing website performance using analytics.
• Ensure all digital assets such as images, videos, and graphics align with the brand’s messaging and are used effectively.
• Stay up to date on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company is ahead of its competitors.
• Collaborate with other departments including the sales and creative teams to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
• Proficient in using various digital marketing tools including Google Analytics and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
