You’ll drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, traffic, and customer advocacy and retention across all Kaplan UK brands by owning our social channels and shaping our content output. Working with the wider team, you’ll integrate our social and content strategy into the wider marketing strategy, driving a multi-channel marketing approach. The role involves team management, strategy, campaign planning and execution, reporting, optimisation and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure our digital presence resonates with our target B2C and B2B audiences.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.A detailed job description can be viewed . You’re effective at working on multiple projects and to deadlines and are able to prioritise capacity and workloads to efficiently deliver campaigns and activity to drive marketing performance as an individual and through others.At least 3+ years marketing experience in a similar role across content and socialExperience of managing team membersExperience in creating effective on-brand content and messaging which is activated across a number of channels and platformsProven experience in organic social media marketingProven experience in content creation and copywritingHighly organised, with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience using social media platforms, competitor / data analysis tools, content management systems and Google AnalyticsResults and measurement focusedHands on approach and self-motivatedPositive can do attitudeWhat we doKaplan Professional is a leading provider of apprenticeships, accountancy / tax / finance & banking courses, and professional assessments.
