Job role:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to craft and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy focused on driving qualified leads
  • Enhance user journeys aligned to the company’s go-to-market plan
  • Analyse user behaviour and funnel performance to optimise the digital experience
  • Oversee the evolution of the website, ensuring it’s optimised for both user experience and SEO
  • Manage data architecture and ongoing site improvements
  • Lead, support, and grow the digital marketing team
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product functions to align campaigns and initiatives

What/Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in B2B tech marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
  • Proven track record in a data-driven digital role
  • Strong grasp of best practices and turning strategy into action
  • Confident managing digital platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in working alongside content teams and optimising campaigns within HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with PPC and SEO in an in-house setting desirable
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Hotjar, and Zoominfo

Expected salary: £55000 per year
