• Lead the group’s online marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, improving lead generation, and supporting business development across the UK and international markets.
• Own digital strategy and operations across websites, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns. You will optimise site UX, working with developers to ensure conversion-focused design as well as drive LinkedIn content strategy and webinar campaigns from start to finish.
• Deliver integrated campaigns aligned to fundraising and investor acquisition goals.

Required skills and experience:

• Digital marketing experience in financial services, ideally asset management
• Hands-on with GA4, WordPress, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud
• A test-and-learn mindset, with strong reporting and optimisation skills
• Excellent organisation and project management under pressure
