Digital Marketing Manager Job Detail

D&A Recruitment is a multi-sector agency, now in our 10th year of business. After our most successful year in business, we are expanding and need help managing our online presence.

We are the official recruitment partners for Cambridge United and Peterborough United, which offers substantial access to match days as well as their socials which will give the successful candidate a great starting point.

We are looking for someone based in Chelmsford office with lots of energy, open to travel to Cambridge where required, and passionate about digital marketing with innovative ideas to enhance our brand.

HubSpot sales and marketing is key to our digital marketing, so an expert level understanding will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

HubSpot is essential
Designing digital assets using the adobe suite, ideally with a background in photography.
Management of company and some individual socials (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Set up and delivery of email marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance.
Management of online paid marketing (google Adwords)
Experience tracking and analysing ROI.
Copy writing for press releases, blog posts and website content.

Experience required:

A confident writing style and experience of writing for external review e., press releases
An aptitude for design and experience of using creative software packages
A proactive thinker, planner and builder of relationships and a generator of ideas
A collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and confident working independently
Must be able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
Able to manage their own workload alongside the priorities set
Flexible attitude to workload and working hours
Work well to deadlines and accurately under pressure, while remaining calm and positive
Identify fresh approaches and be pro-active in making attempts to improve processes
