Job description: Digital Marketing ManagerSalary: £40,000 – £45,000+ (DOE)Location: Middlewich – In-OfficeWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of high-performing campaigns in a growing, fast-paced environment. This is your chance to drive results, lead strategy, and shape the digital customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.
• Own digital channels: email, CRM, paid social/search, SEO, display.
• Manage paid media strategy and performance with agency partners.
• Optimise customer journeys using CRM, marketing automation, A/B testing, and AI.
• Ensure consistent messaging and creative execution across platforms.
• Drive performance through analytics, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, AI tools, and competitor activity to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, CMS, and automation platforms
• Strong agency management, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and project management skills
