Digital Marketing Intern

Javelin Marketing Team – Community Manager

• Act as a community manager and engage with users on Javelin to enable growth in different sports groups
• Onboard new game representatives and make sure each game on Javelin is run smoothly
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our sports games and tournaments on different platforms
• Supporting customers with technical support issues via chat, email and phone
• Helping identify trends in customer issues and requests, as well as reporting improvements to the Engineering team

MinimumQualifications (Experience, technical skills, soft skills, etc.):

Soft skills: Team player, problem solver, self-starter, writing and editing

Experience: Experience in sports management

Access to a mobile app and desktop from their home

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
