Job description: Based in the heart of Birmingham (retail heaven at your finger tips), you’ll be joining a marketing team that’s firing on all cylinders. This isn’t a standard tick-box digital role, it’s hands-on, full of potential & will move the career needle.This role does lean more towards the hard aspects of marketing, as you will look after their websites (WordPress) to enhance rankings & attract relevant audiences, including leading on the development of new ones. They don’t stand still & neither will you. You’ll work closely with the Content Manager to maintain a comprehensive SEO, social & content plan, and look after their CRM system (Dynamics 365), advising external agencies to deliver successful lead acquisition strategies across platforms such as Meta and Google.You’ll work with other teams to develop effective marketing collateral, landing pages, and conversion funnels, and reporting on website & campaign performance, to identify key acquisition channels and optimise campaign performance. You’ll be given the freedom to run with your own projects, contribute ideas, and help shape what comes next & without being micromanaged every step of the way.What we’re looking forYou’re probably 18 months+ into your marketing career and ready for a step up, looking for somewhere that respects your ideas and gives you room to grow.You’ll need to be comfortable in the more technical side of digital marketing, confident with tools like WordPress, GA4, Tag Manager, and especially Microsoft Dynamics 365. But more than that, you get how commercial strategy & creativity go hand in hand, and how to use both to drive real results.If you understand marketing funnels, customer journeys, and what makes a lead actually convert, you’ll feel right at home here. In essence, you will need a very sound understanding of how to make the best use of creativity, social & digital technology, and wider marketing channels to deliver communications that provide the most value to this brand.Personality-wise?
