Job Description: The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for all aspects of Hayabusa’s digital marketing strategy across platforms. This role strategizes and orchestrates the company’s spectrum of digital tactics and overall holistic media activities to drive awareness, consideration, and sales for all regions. This position will work cross-functionally with a dynamic group of internal personnel, contracted agencies, and external resources to deliver measurable business impact as we continue to scale and lead the market.
This role is for a strategically thinking, business-savvy professional with a passion for digital marketing. The successful candidate will help drive best-in-class performance across the company websites and third-party platforms through paid and organic tactics, platform-specific digital campaigns, and more. The Digital Marketing Director will analyze, present, and orchestrate digital strategies and stay abreast of digital trends and technologies.
The Digital Marketing Director will help maximize digital marketing efficiency, effectiveness and return on investment through strategic planning, digital execution, campaign optimization, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and champion digital marketing efforts and develop strategic digital and media strategies that align with corporate goals and strategy.
- Spearhead online strategies and planning processes across all media channels: search, display, social, and affiliate for optimal omni-channel activation.
- Work with key digital partners to drive results through thoughtful planning, implementation, and tracking.
- Work collaboratively to develop and improve the effectiveness of holistic marketing tactics.
- Liaise with the company’s key digital marketing partners.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
- 5+ years of digital marketing.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Extensive advertising knowledge across all marketing platforms.
- Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and advise on campaign direction.
- Data-driven with an appetite for measurable performance.
- Ability to manage marketing expenses and measure the success of campaigns, reporting, analysis, and interpretation of the data.
- Expertise with standard industry analytic tools.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely strong analytical skills and very comfortable with data.
- Strategic thinker, proactive and disciplined, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with digital marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition journey, retention, and growth.
- Stand-out ability with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate and deliver on established timelines.
- Improve market presence by generating new marketing opportunities.
- Experience with tactics and tracking of: paid Search and display, video advertising, SEO, social advertising, affiliate marketing, etc.
- Commercially minded and embraces a constant willingness to improve with a passion for making a difference.
- A great sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
