With a reputation for quality, creativity, and connection to community, Wirra Wirra is home to Church Block – Australia’s most-loved red blend – and a growing portfolio of fine wine offerings.This role also supports our two sister wineries in the Adelaide Hills: Ashton Hills, a boutique producer of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Hahndorf Hill, specialising in cool-climate fine wines.We’re now seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team, with a strong focus on Meta and Google advertising, eCommerce optimisation, and content execution across all three brands. You’ll support the Marketing Manager in bringing digital campaigns to life and growing engagement and online sales.About the Role
This full-time role, based at Wirra Wirra’s winery in McLaren Vale, is ideal for a creative and organised digital marketer who thrives on hands-on execution.You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across social media, email, websites, and digital advertising. A major focus of the role is the delivery and optimisation of Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including the ongoing execution and performance tracking of Wirra Wirra’s brand campaign, In Our Element. You’ll also support broader digital activity to drive online sales, share brand stories, and grow audience engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google
• Coordinate the delivery and performance of the In Our Element campaign
• Schedule and publish organic social media content; monitor engagement and community responses
• Create email campaigns in Klaviyo to drive conversion, loyalty, and storytelling
• Update and maintain Shopify websites, ensuring strong UX, SEO and sales optimisation
• Monitor campaign and website performance via Google Analytics and SEO tools
• Assist in creating and editing content including newsletters, blogs, tasting notes and digital assets
• Support event promotion and digital activation
• Manage and update review platforms and accolades across digital channels
• Contribute to content development for photoshoots and visual storytelling
• Represent the brands at occasional consumer events

About You
You’re a confident and capable digital marketer with a strong eCommerce mindset, a flair for content, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.You’ll bring:Essential Skills

• Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics
• Competence in email marketing, social media scheduling, and CRM tools
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to interpret performance data and adjust digital strategies accordingly
• Minimum 2 years in a digital-focused marketing role
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred)

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo platforms
• Graphic design skills (InDesign, Canva or similar)
• Google and Meta certifications
• A genuine interest or knowledge in wine, premium brands, or food and beverage
