About The Team
We’re an energetic and creative marketing team (product, digital media, customer loyalty, social and PR comms), who work to deliver amazing customer experiences for our TurboTax users. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about marketing, learning and creative problem solving. You’ll be involved at every step of the projects you’re working on – from gathering insights, brainstorming, creative execution to launching awesome campaigns.

What You’ll Bring
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field and be able to work from September 2022 – December 2022 or September 2022 – April 2023.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented and pay close attention to the specifics of problems, questions, and projects.
How You Will Lead
- Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional colleagues.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers and other industry partners.
- Maintain and update the content hub editorial calendar and processes.
- Create inspiring content blog briefs.
- Track web analytics to monitor performance and success.
