We are looking for a dynamic professional with a good understanding of digital marketing trends, channels, and best practices. For all our marketing roles, C1 English level is mandatory.
The Marketing Analyst is a doer, a trusted advisor for the senior marketing strategists, someone who acts as a marketing coordinator for the client and our Accenture team.
The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with a team of marketers, the person in this role must be able to handle administrative tasks and be extremely organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands project scope and requirements.
- Provides support to production team to remove roadblocks and clarify questions.
- Proactively monitors execution of deliverables.
- Manages requests, validates schedule impacts and communicates approved changes to stakeholders and teams.
- Understanding of the client’s marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across various marketing channels.
- Reviews campaign metrics and presents trends and insights.
- Ensure all systems are updated with the right level of information and are reflecting the reality of the progress of the work.
- Provides on-time responses to agencies and marketers, acknowledging receipt of their requests.
- Able to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Provides status reports, and campaign data analysis.

Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ideally in advertising agencies.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing production environments, coordinating with strategy and creative teams.
- Strong English Skills for Business (Written and Spoken)
- BA bachelor’s degree in communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
- Digitally fluent, with knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing best practices.
- Basic project management experience; impeccable time management and prioritization skills. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and multiple tasks at a time.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ / C1). Skilled communicator (written and spoken), ability to think on the fly.
- Experience with content strategies and understanding of the key performance indicators for each of the main marketing channels.
- Experience at a country level in crafting channel marketing tactics.
- Experience crafting low to medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Experience in working in an international/multicultural environment.
