About The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Advisor, Creative Strategy to join our multi-brand team!

Do you currently have an expertise in digital creation, and are interested in learning and growing further in that field? Are you a leader who inspires and motivates colleagues and partners to go the extra mile?

As an advisor in digital creative strategy, you will develop the creative strategy for belairdirect, Intact Insurance, National Bank Insurance and Johnson Insurance digital marketing campaigns.

We are seeking someone with a keen sense for creative advertising, proficient in the most effective user acquisition techniques, with knowledge of the digital platforms’ codes and best practices, and able to balance efficiency and creativity. Working closely with other digital channel experts, you will play a key role in helping our brands achieve profitable growth. You will balance strategy, innovation and action to achieve the desired results.

You’ll get to…

• Contribute to the creative strategy evolution based on our brands’ identity, our audience segmentation and objectives, to improve campaigns relevance and performance.
• Manage advertising material production, optimize creatives and landing pages across the purchase funnel with the assistance of external partners, internal web designers and developers.
• Continuously analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth, coordinate and implement testing strategies with the assistance of digital media experts to achieve each brand’s business objectives.
• Analyze and understand customer needs and channel contexts, and proactively propose new, adapted and effective advertising ideas and approaches.
• Work with marketing teams, digital platforms and creative agencies to ensure consistency among implemented marketing initiatives.
• Participate in developing our processes, tools, reporting in the face of the growing needs for creative production within our team.
• Drive change, actively promote innovation by following the latest trends and challenge the status quo.

You are…

• In possession of an undergraduate degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including experience in producing and/or writing content.
• Good understanding of online customer behaviour and digital marketing techniques, from brand awareness to acquisition tactics, and transactional experiences.
• Good understanding of digital channels and platforms (Paid Search, Display, Video, Social media)
• Results-oriented, you have a strong analytical mind.
• Well organized and excellent at project management, you easily handle situations with multiple stakeholders to manage, and you can manage tight deadlines.
• You have a solutions-driven mindset, not afraid to challenge status-quo, and innovate.
• Approaching things with a positive attitude, you are a high-energy person, with a collaborative approach.
• You love working in a fast-pace, rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
