With a focus on innovation, clinical results, and empowering practitioners, it plays a key role in shaping the region’s cosmeceutical landscape.Job DescriptionDigital Performance & ExperienceContribute to digital KPIs by optimising customer experience and lifecycle strategiesAssist in content delivery and catalogue management across multiple sitesMonitor and help analyse key ecommerce indicators like sales, AOV, bounce rates, and conversionProduct Optimisation & EnhancementsWork with product teams to prioritise and refine enhancements based on user needs and business goalsCollaborate on customer journey improvements and website functionalitySupport issue resolution and digital release cyclesMarketing Activation & Calendar ExecutionAssist in delivering integrated marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, social media, email, onsite content, and printHelp maintain a forward-looking marketing and content calendar across propertiesCollaborate with internal teams to elevate digital presence and maximise campaign impactCampaign Support & Best PracticeProvide hands-on support for evergreen marketing assets and automation workflowsContribute to campaign ideation and optimisation effortsStay across industry trends to inform strategy and channel usageDigital Platforms & ToolsUse enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Commerce, Shopify, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.) to deliver insights and coordinate enhancementsTranslate performance data into actionable recommendationsStakeholder EngagementDrive collaboration across departments to ensure uptake and value from digital initiativesSupport internal training sessions and promote the effective use of digital toolsCoordinate with operational leads and content creators to maintain quality across touchpointsReporting & InsightsAssist in reporting performance metrics for digital products, campaigns, and platform usageHelp generate strategic insights from traffic, behaviour, and conversion dataApply insights to guide future enhancements and marketing activityThe Successful Applicant3-5 years in a digital marketing or digital product-focused role, ideally in e-commerce (B2B and B2C)Familiarity with tools like Shopify, SAP Commerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Meta platformsData-literate and confident working with spreadsheets and visualisation toolsOrganised and proactive with strong written and verbal communicationAble to thrive in ambiguity and pivot with evolving prioritiesExperience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectationsA team collaborator who takes initiative and thinks commerciallyWhat’s on Offer
