Job description: Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven Digital Content Marketing Executive to join our content team and take autonomous ownership of delivering our SEO content roadmap for both private and corporate audiences. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital strategy, brand engagement, and customer acquisition by ensuring our website remains a high-performing channel that attracts, engages, and converts visitors.You will work closely with our in-house SEO Manager for optimisation guidance and performance analysis, while owning the creation of SEO-optimised web pages and articles that comply with regulatory requirements. In addition to SEO content, you’ll produce engaging copy for digital partners – including monthly blog posts – and coordinate with freelance copywriters to support complex topics and peak delivery periods.Key Responsibilities:Content Planning & Delivery
- SEO-Driven Website Content – Take primary ownership of delivering our SEO content roadmap for both private and corporate audiences alongside the SEO Manager.
- Write and edit SEO-optimised, brand-aligned copy for web pages, landing pages, and articles to drive organic traffic, increase conversions, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Digital Content Strategy Support – Contribute to broader website content efforts that support engagement and conversion goals across audiences.
- Organic Facebook Content – Create and deliver our organic Facebook content strategy to support and complement paid social campaigns.
- Partner Content – Produce high-quality, brand-aligned content for digital partners (including monthly blog posts) to support relationship-building and brand visibility, not focused on SEO.
- Content Briefing & Resource Coordination – Prepare briefs and coordinate with freelance copywriters where needed, particularly for complex topics or to help meet delivery timelines.
Website Optimisation & Performance
- Website & UX Improvements – Support in identifying and implementing enhancements to site structure, navigation, and content based on performance data and user experience feedback.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track and report on website metrics, providing insights to inform ongoing optimisation.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Support for Performance Marketing – Contribute content and website enhancements to support paid performance marketing campaigns and our affiliate programme.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Brand, CRM, Digital Marketing, Product, Technology, and Sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives.
- Bring the Outside In – Share examples of best practice content and execution from inside and outside the industry to help evolve our approach.
- Voice of the Customer – Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring content reflects customer needs and preferences.
What experience do you need to be successful in the role?
- Proven experience in digital content creation, with a primary focus on website optimisation (2+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience of putting customer at the heart of data driven decision making.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) with the ability to make content updates and understand basic site management.

- Excellent relationship builder, with strong stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in financial services is a plus, though experience in any fast-paced, data-rich environment is highly relevant.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles, content optimisation, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of HTML or experience with website design.
- Experience supporting digital marketing such as performance marketing or CRM
