Job Description:
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Demand Marketing Manager creates and delivers compelling content, manages demand generation plans, and executes and measures marketing programs leading to increased sales and brand awareness for the organization. The Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing a demand program and associated marketing campaigns that address different parts of the marketing and sales funnel, different priority customer segments, and different critical portfolio segments. This role reports to the Marketing Director and is essential to promoting the value of our people and products, and in supporting the commercial team to retain customers and acquire new ones. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and edit content for internal marketing vehicles, including but not limited to marketing brochures/collateral, social media, emails, blogs, website, newsletters, internal trainings, whitepapers etc.
- Orchestrate digital content strategies, including marketing automation, across all online platforms
- Own the demand generation and lead management processes, including sourcing and nurturing leads and working with the commercial team to qualify leads.
- Manage HubSpot – Internal and external newsletter, email campaigns, social media
- Increase web traffic and brand awareness through the marketing of content online and offline.
- Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility of demand gen marketing campaign results.
- Predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Support the creation and organization of webinar content
- Meet regularly with cross-functional team members to identify ideas for engaging content.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or journalism
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or journalism
- Proven work experience as a marketing manager in at least one key marketing discipline: brand management, content marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and/or website and search engine optimization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES
- Ability to produce high-quality “shareable” digital and print content, distribute content on the appropriate platforms, and measure the results of marketing activity through metrics, in cooperation with corporate communications team.
