The Opportunity
We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns that deliver the required pipeline for our Professional Services business.
This person will be a key member of our team, influencing the success of both Adobe solutions and services. Working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing activities necessary for an effective services strategy. Our environment is dynamic, results-oriented, and highly collaborative. As the services specialist, you will possess understanding of the challenges – and opportunities – customers encounter when deploying Adobe solutions, actively participate in the development and execution of marketing programs to enable effective selling, align services positioning with industry trends and product advancements.
What You’ll Do
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and raising awareness of Adobe’s professional services through install base marketing, and lead demand initiatives across multiple channels. They will define customer segments and determine the appropriate outreach strategies, develop campaigns, lead generation strategies, and work with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead generation goals are being met. They’ll also connect business objectives to campaigns and define and measure ROI metrics.
You will develop a forward-thinking, demand-generating marketing campaign calendar and work with global and regional partners to develop campaign briefs. Handle campaigns from beginning to end by communicating frequently with the team; meeting strict deadlines and priorities; and foreseeing/advancing speed
You will partner with our creative services team to develop/modify campaign concepts, messaging, and campaign deliverables for the campaign and supporting programs. Work together with our ops team to monitor results and mix-shift campaign execution.
Coordinate with digital and field marketing teams to deliver on an integrated demand plan that includes both globally and locally executed programs. Coordinate with the Corporate Communications teams to time campaigns appropriately for effective go to market launches. And regularly update management on campaign plans, progress, program deliverables, and the campaign performance.
Introduce new marketing approaches, processes and optimization techniques to better connect with customers in relevant ways and thereby achieve results.
What you need to succeed
Core skills in campaign management, digital marketing, and marketing automation and operations.
Willingness to experiment and innovate.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt strategies based on data.
A customer-centric mindset, focused on solving customers’ larger issues.
Experience in leading cross-departmental initiatives, with remote teams.
Bachelor’s degree–preferably in marketing, business or a related field.
At least five years of marketing experience, preferably in a demand generation role, in the technology, software or consulting industry (knowledge of Adobe products preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly complex environment.
Outstanding project management skills.
Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them, proactive nature.
Great follow through and attention to detail.
Sound analytical skills – ability to use marketing metrics to develop and drive successful campaigns.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 — $200,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
